Entitled boomer causes $100k damage to neighbor's house, calls police to complain about separate issue and accidentally snitches on himself: 'The gloves are off now'

This neighbor is the ultimate male Karen, and probably the worst type of neighbor you could get stuck next to. The family that lives in the neighboring house went out of town for vacation for two weeks. Within that time, they made sure to have housesitters to keep an eye on things for them while they were away. Well, when one of the housesitters arrived, he immediately noticed something odd about the backyard. A large pipe was used to drain the runoff from the house's AC units into the yard. But the pipe was clogged. When he was investigating the issue, the entitled neighbor (who is also a Boomer, if that helps paint the picture for you) stormed over to yell at the man for being on his property. Things escalated quickly, and the Boomer called the cops on the man. Well, the cops had no interest in the man who clearly was not maliciously trespassing on the neighbor's yard; they were more interested in the extreme damage that they found when they entered the home of the family on vacation. Oops.

    A common question is: how do we know. Lou plugged the pipe? He told the cops...twice! He actually rigged something to direct the water away from back to my niece's property. When the police came out the first time (when Lou called), my niece's ex told them that Lou tampered with the pipe and when they asked him, he confirmed that he did.
